Leadership Nugget

Quote of the Week
"There's a difference between LISTENING and WAITING for your turn to speak."
-Simon Sinek.

In Leadership Meeting, students will continue to focus on their WIGs for this quarter by revisiting and tracking their strategies and meeting with their accountability partners. Please keep the conversation going in the home to show that their goals are just as important to you! Students will also continue learning about the habits in depth. This month we are focusing on our listening skills (Habit 5: Seek First to Understand, then to Be Understood), and the importance of working well with others and valuing the ideas of others (Habit 6: Synergize).
