A PUBLIC/PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP SINCE 2009
Thanks to the hard work and tireless dedication of residential real estate specialist John S. Faulk, Zilker Theatre Productions, The City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department, and dozens of Austin businesses have completed over $800,000 in venue improvements over the past eight years.
Due to this productive public-private collaboration, The Beverly S. Sheffield Theater you see today is a vastly safer and more beautiful space for all to enjoy. Just this past year, the theater has had comprehensive electrical improvements, and an elegant new fence added for security to the front of the stage. Additionally, the theater now has all-new ADA accessible restrooms and covered work space backstage.

EXTRA SPECIAL THANKS...
Sara Hensley, PARD Director, and Laura Esparza of the HAND Division of PARD, for their years of support.
There are current plans in place by the City of Austin for building ADA parking and sidewalks leading to new public trailhead restrooms west of the theater. These will also serve Zilker Theatre audience members next season! Maintaining and improving the theater and audience areas is critical to ZTP’s mission, and we are grateful for all the support.
THANK YOU to...
