FAQs of the Week

We're Here to Help!

1. When will the Leaderboards appear online?
The leaderboards will appear online on March 30th. Leaderboards are determined by the number of unique donors that make donations between March 1st and March 30th.

2. Why do some organizations already show money raised on their page?
If your page shows money raised before March 1st it is from a previous year and will not count toward the 2017 day of giving. Nonprofits are responsible for resetting their donation counter if they participated in previous years. We encourage all nonprofits to reset their counter to start on March 1, 2017 to avoid any confusion for your donors. Learn how to reset your counter here.

3. Do offline donations count toward the Leaderboards?
No. This is intended to be an online giving event. No donations received in cash or check can be counted toward leaderboard totals. A unique donor is defined as a person that has used their own credit card to make a donation and supplied their personal email address with that donation. Offline donations (cash or check) can be counted toward the overall day of giving, but the individual offline donations will not count as unique donors on the leaderboard.
