Pi Day & a few updates from
your favorite pie maker

Hey friends!
 
Rachel here with a date for the next bake: 3.14 otherwise known as Pi Day! Want to be the hit at your office team meeting or simply show off your math pride at the dinner table Tuesday, March 14? I've got you. On offer are two knock-your-pocket-protectors-off pies: Classic Cherry and a huge favorite of mine, the Black & Blue (blackberry blueberry). Both are on that delicious crust you've come to love. Some will be lattice, some will have a fancy math-y design sure to delight. All will be handmade, one at a time, with love, because that is how I roll.

Pre-ordering is open now through Thursday, March 9 or until sold out. I am making a limited number of pies. Orders are "first reply, first pie" (think first come first served). I will confirm orders daily. 

Pies are $22 each.

 
Pie pick-up will be available from 5 to 8 pm Monday March 13 at First Nations Kitchen located at 3044 Longfellow Avenue, Minneapolis (enter through the side door near the huge colorful mural). I'll send you a reminder with these details as well.

Besides this bake, all sorts of great things have been going on behind the scenes. Lots of testing, meeting with people who think pie is pretty great, graduating from a class for upstart small business entrepreneur types (interested or know someone who is? Email me and I'll connect them for info on the next class), business planning complete with an official business name and logo. I know. A logo. It's getting real.

You know, sometimes I feel like I have won the lottery of friends and pie supporters, I can't believe how far this has come. Thank you for being a huge amazing part of all of it. It means so much to me. Really.
