DC SUMMER RESTAURANT WEEK - AUGUST 15-21

Attention, foodies - DC Summer 2016 Restaurant Week is less than a week away! From Monday, August 15th through Sunday, August 21st, try a three-course lunch for $22 or a three-course dinner for $35. Presented by Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington, the most anticipated regional food-related promotion, Metropolitan Washington Restaurant Week, has 250 participating restaurants spread out all over the DMV.

As usual, some amazing Capitol Hill restaurants are participating, so be sure to cross some fine Hill dining off your bucket list!

Participating restaurants include: AmbarArt and SoulBelga CafeBistro BisBistro CacaoCafe Berlin and Sonoma.

Willie Taylor has been working as a member of the Capitol Hill BID Clean Team for over eight years now. Thanks to our close proximity to Nationals Park, he's become an avid Nats fan and attends a game each year with BID Board Member and past Chairman, Paul Pascal.

Willie, along with Paul and his family, enjoyed a night out at the ballpark last Saturday. Despite the fact that the Nationals lost, they had a great time and enjoyed some delicious ballpark food. Thank you, Paul, for always treating our "Men in Blue" like one of your own!

Summit to Soul, a new boutique on Barracks Row, is more than retail - their weekly Run Club kicks off TONIGHT at 6:30pm.

Lace up your running shoes and meet at the store (727 8th St. SE) every Wednesday.

There will be different routes available (two to four miles). All paces welcome - dogs and strollers are encouraged!

Looking for a fun way to kick off your weekend and support a great cause? Join us at Mason Inn (2408 Wisconsin Ave NW) on Friday, starting at 6:30pm, to support our "Men in Blue" and Ready, Willing & Working!

15% of sales will go directly to our program and help provide supportive services for our participants. You can RSVP here - hope to see you there!
